OK, maybe instead of "only" it should say "largely" or instead
of "currently" it should say "increasingly"...
But what do they say about the exception that proves the rule?
What IS the CURRENT ratio here of spam/freaks/defectives versus
"normals"? People who have systems to beat the lottery need not
